Our goal is to help more North Bay residents find jobs in our community and foster a more robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in Marin + Sonoma.

We have active relationships with Marin + Sonoma startup founders and team members. We work with them to understand their talent needs.
- If we deem your background to be a fit with their hiring profile, and their company to be aligned with your potential interest, we may share your resume with them. If they are interested, they will reach out to you directly to speak.
We will take careful care to ensure your interest in joining a local startup is not shared with your existing employer.
