Brian Requarth is the co-founder of Latitud, the leading pre-seed fund empowering the next generation of founders and startups across Latin America, and Camu, an AI-powered company revolutionizing the automation of corporate taxes in Brazil.
Previously, Brian co-founded VivaReal and scaled the real estate marketplace as its CEO. He orchestrated a merger with ZAP Imóveis, becoming the combined company's chairman before negotiating the sale to OLX Brasil for over US$ 600M, marking one of the most significant exits for the region’s tech ecosystem.
Brian is also a prolific angel investor, with dozens of startups in his portfolio, and the author of the book Viva the Entrepreneur. He also made a brief appearance as an investor on Shark Tank Mexico, bringing his entrepreneurial expertise to the screen.
Brian was born and raised in Sebastopol and is proud to once again call the North Bay home.
